Add query to path on client side. #139

Seems it is possible to add a query string to path name in client module (line 37 in code base). Because some APIs want it. For example, Infusionsoft. It using URIs like https://api.infusionsoft.com/crm/xmlrpc/v1?access_token=123abc.

Ran into this exact issue with the exact same company.

I've got a PR floating out there that handles this.
