Casting still happens when bluetooth music is playing or during ads

Casting is supposed to detect when music is playing and it should ignore any devices that are currently playing music, and that works fine for normal music, but it doesn´t seem to work for music playing over bluetooth (i.e. when a smartphone is playing music through a google next device via bluetooth) or when ads are playing between song while playing youtube music.
