Feature request: Schedule ECS container

Currently ECS container are not schedulable through the instance scheduler.

Describe the feature you'd like

For my environment it would also make sense to stop and start container based on schedules provided through the instance scheduler.
I'd love to manage those resources through the instance scheduler as well.

Does your request extend to any specific aws services beyond Fargate or would it make sense to roll your request into the Fargate request you mentioned for better visibility?

I think Fargate is the by far more used technology at least in my case.
This would be a benefit for a lot of AWS customers I guess...
