script is not executing properly tomcat is not downloading from the providing link

Update the install_dependencies file in the scripts folder.
See which version is available on the mirror and update the script file with that version number. At this time, it's only v7.0.86, so update the TOMCAT_VERSION variable to:
TOMCAT_VERSION=7.0.86
