We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Frontend Engineer to join our growing team at NewAI Vietnam. Our frontend stack is built primarily with React. As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our web application's user interface, ensuring seamless user experience and effective integration with our AI-powered backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces using React and related technologies.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and AI services.
• Implement state management solutions and optimize application performance.
• Create reusable components and maintain a consistent design system.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough testing (unit tests, integration tests).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in frontend development, with strong proficiency in React.
• Strong CS fundamentals and good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React, Redux, and other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with modern frontend tools and build systems (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• Proficiency in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of front-end applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience with design tools.
• Experience with WebSocket and related technologies.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
• Active involvement in the open-source community or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
