Responsibilities (label: epic_lc_responsibilities): The SDX Local Controller is not required to have any process/module/responsibility other than translating requests from the SDX Controller to OXPO and vice-versa. Activities like topology discovery, service instantiation, and authentication must be handled by the SDX Controller. The SDX Local Controller The SDX Local Controller will operate via instructions provided by the OXP's operator via configuration files.(Yufeng / Cong)
