[homey-lib] capability titles: inconsistency with capital letters #367

Sometimes multiple-word titles have a capital letter only on the first word, like Thermostat mode.

Sometimes on all the words, like Fan Speed.

It would better to have consistency over all the capabilities: only the first word capitalized.
