Why do we need this improvement?

Created Attractive Scroll To Top Button With Hover effects.
I have added tailwind style to Scroll to top button.

How will this change help?

This change will make user experince attractive and better feel for scroll to top button.

I will add :- hover:bg-[#8851FB] hover:scale-110 transition-all duration-300 ease-in-out
