[Revamp] Features section in CLI page in tools #1613

Why do we need this improvement?

The Features page is looking very simple and boring.

How will this change help?

By revamping the Features page we can make it eye catchy so that user will be interested to see this and read the features about our CLI tool

How could it be implemented/designed?

I'm working on this, I have a concept in my mind I'll create it and then I'll generate a merge request.
