Carry in metadata a name of a column that contains unique survey id identifier.

This is because we expect that (#345) our internal name for an object is not necessary unique, and we want to have a unique identifier for various association tables and similar applications.

Possible via kwargs with #358. To be implemented in import with astronomy-commons/hats-import#393
