[FEATURE] Add an About opions in the options list

What

Being an open source software, there should be an about section in the app which can show the application's creators and it's various contributors. Adding a link to this GitHub repo will also be beneficial and support transparency. Along with that, a deployment guide for self-hosting the bot can also be added.

While part of the issue is addressed by the new and improved welcome message, I think we can use a button that can yield the message and more again along with a deployment guide. @achintya-7 Would you like to give this a shot?

Hi, I think the welcome message along with a mention that the bot can be self hosted, leading to GitHub for further instructions will suffice.
