Add branding support

We at Live Labs used our own custom BrandedViewer wrapper which let us add our branding to the viewer. This would be helpful for other apps too, so we should integrate this support back into the main Seadragon Ajax library. It probably should be opt-in, but not sure whether through a config or one or more new methods.
