Hello i've downloaded this plugin but im unsure how it's supposed to be configured. Does it have to be set in /config/plugins or configured in email settings on the server?

I'm using typescript with strapi if that makes a difference.

Running
"@strapi/strapi": "4.19.0",
"@types/node": "^20.11.13"

So i assume it not working on newer versions.
