[Feature Request] Chaz Assist #4

Add a mode to act as an assistant. The idea would be that you run "!chaz assist" and Chaz acts as your assistant in that room.

A few things we could implement that would make sense

Login to your account. Can be done by interaction. Would only need to enter password in once.
"Help me write a response in X Room"
Send a message here if ???.
a. AI powered priority notifications.
b. Can be pinged with "hey, you should look at X chat"

Obviously not entirely fleshed out here.
