[Feature Request] Adjusting Roles from the chat

Now that I've added the ability to set backends from the Matrix chat and not just the config, I should add the ability to add/change the role from the chat as well.

This way we can adjust all of the config from the chat, which should make this more usable to run as a proxy service.
