Memory drain

Before a few days (like 200 hours since the phone was turned on) "System" starts to use all the RAM memory available (known as memory drain too). This is a problem in Java which can be solved (as I know) just adding "~proccess" in order to kill it and free memory

Can you please give more information on the process which consumes the memory on your device? "System" as shown in settings is not a process, it's the collection of dozens of internal processes.
