Battalion edit page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need to be able to edit the battalion pages, if for nothing else so Commanders can update mottos or colors.

Similar edit function as knight edit

Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now battalion data has to be edited at the knight level or at the db

Additional context
As an example, changing out the commanders would be much easier through the UI
