Describe the bug
Battalions with either active flag set to 0 (not active) or delflag set to 1 (deleted) still show up on the page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://squire.aprilknights.org/battalion

Expected behavior
Britguard and KON should not be displayed
