Describe the bug
When a user's list of skills is greater than 8-10, it abnormally stretches the page
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://squire.aprilknights.org/profile/Gryph667
  2. Note that the About Me and Real Life sections are pushed "below the fold"

Expected behavior
Similar behaviour to the battalion pages, where it's a "max 8-10" list. Ideally rather than a new page, it should be a pop up container that gets dismissed before navigating elsewhere.
