[Bug]: Button widget issues (design-system-old)

Description

• disabled state doesn't prevent click
• disabled state shows cursor pointer for some areas of the button
• height and width property accept size in different format ("100", "100px")

For now, we've added temporary fix. (only to prevent click event)
