Support per-cookbook repos:

  • Provide a Cheffile DSL method cookbook_metadata whose purpose is that of Bundler's gemspec DSL method.
  • Provide Rake tasks for building cookbooks, tagging and pushing tags, and releasing to the Opscode Community Site.
  • Provide a CLI command cookbook new $NAME which sets up a default Rakefile and Cheffile with the above.
