I have a repository with three branches:

  1. Master
  2. Sys
  3. Proj

Master reads in Sys and Proj as subtrees. But when I checkout the sys_branch and run librarian-chef install the cookbooks and tmp dirs are created in the root of all three branches. Is it not possible to use librarian-chef in a subtree?
