unexpected PaxHeader ("The package archive has too many children!")

When I was installing runit 5.1.7, the error The package archive has too many children! came up. Looking closer at where it was raised (https://github.com/applicationsonline/librarian-chef/blob/master/lib/librarian/chef/source/site.rb#L309) and adding some puts I found there was an additional folder (PaxHeader) when the package tar was extracted. After some research it suggest this might be the related to my system tar implementation as well not sure whether true in this case. But adding a line to ignore that does fix the problem.
