[Improve][SDK] Remove the timeout parameter in the MessageSender class functions

Description

When initializing the MessageSender class, we passed in the ProxyClientConfig, which defines the request timeout. Therefore, it is not necessary to set the request timeout for each request. The MessageSender class functions[1] should use the request timeout definition in the ProxyClientConfig class.
