[Bug][Sort] KV split has error when there is a escape char without before & and = in text

What happened

for example:
KV : k1=v1&k2=\P_platform&k3=v3
result will be k1=v1 and k2=\P_platform&k3=v3
but except is k1=v1 ,k2=\P_platform and k3=v3

What you expected to happen

modify StringUtil to change splitKv() method.

How to reproduce

KV : k1=v1&k2=\P_platform&k3=v3
result will be k1=v1 and k2=\P_platform&k3=v3
but except is k1=v1 ,k2=\P_platform and k3=v3
