Describe the problem/challenge you have

CNCF-provided runners offer robust and reliable infrastructure tailored for cloud-native testing, ensuring alignment with CNCF standards and community-supported resources. It also makes them ideal for tasks requiring isolated and reproducible network configurations, such as IPAM related CI tests.
