[DEPRECATION WARNING]: State 'installed' is deprecated.

When running some of the examples you get the following warning:

[DEPRECATION WARNING]: State 'installed' is deprecated. Using state 'present' instead.. This feature will be removed in version 2.9. Deprecation warnings can be disabled by setting deprecation_warnings=False in ansible.cfg.

I encountered it in lamp_simle/roles/db/tasks/main.yml

I think that this sould be fixed as usually the official examples would be expected to be up to date and following best practices.
