Allow symbols existing in previous versions to be added in a new version #83

In some cases, the developer wants to add a new version of a function (with different ABI) keeping the old version in a compatible way.

Add an option to allow a symbol which already exists in the map to a newer release.

An even better option would be the tool to automatically detect that there are more than one version of the same symbol
