Add multiple missing instructions in the update guides (15to16, 16to17)

I have seen some open issues about missing intructions in Angular 15 to 16, but they werent getting merged. I have found that in 16 to 17, there is also missing the material instruction.

15 to 16 is missing the material update instructions

as 16 to 17

because it should look like
