Q: Missing License on the repo?

Hi, this might be a bit of an unusual request: I'm looking into options for dynamic migration guides just like this one and was thinking about forking this repo as a starting point - however no license file / license note seems to be present.
Is it safe to assume that the code in this repo is under MIT license like most of the other angular repos?
