Can't install andrmoel/astronomy-bundle on PHP 8.2.3

Describe the bug
I can't install the andrmoel/astronomy-bundle dependency using the composer command because it requires PHP version 7.2. I'm currently using PHP 8.2.3.

Expected behavior
Should have successfully installed the andrmoel/astronomy-bundle dependency.
