Hi Rahul,
I tried to install the plugin under cordova 10.0
cordova plugin add https://github.com/an-rahulpandey/cordova-plugin-playfrequency.git

Failed to fetch plugin https://github.com/an-rahulpandey/cordova-plugin-playfrequency.git via registry.
Probably this is either a connection problem, or plugin spec is incorrect.
