A couple years ago I made a roll-and-keep dice game where you try to get across the country without running out of Fun or Fuel. Different ways to use your dice, manage rerolls, etc. It was nice and fun and light.
Then I thought an online adaptation would be fun. I made requirements for myself to be able to play it entirely offline in a web browser just by opening an HTML file. Alpine helped an absolute ton because I love not having to think about updating the UI after a state change, which as everyone knows is the most tedious part of vanilla JS.
I've improved my Alpine use in the half year since then, so it's nice to look back and see my personal progression.
