3D viewer show a better model than result in .obj

Hi there,

I'm new to meshroom. I'm doing some test. I'm trying to make a 3D model from more than 200 photos. In 3d viewer the results is good and what I thought wuold be my results. The problem is when I try to open the .obj from other programs. I no longer see a part of the object. Any tips to solve the problem?
