Add support for XConsole or wait until integrated into patch 469

Not sure whether it will be integrated into the official patch 469 or not, and also not sure when it will happen:

• Suggestion: integrate these changes into the OldUnreal patches #3

Until then it seems it's not possible to install/use foxWSFix-UT99 because it requires a default console, but only noobs use default console, all normal players use XConsole: LINK1 , LINK 2, LINK 3

Hence the question, are you going to add support for XConsole or you prefer to wait until they integrate it into patch 469.
