Issue Importing and connecting to Web data connector

Hi
Tableau Server is on 2018.3.1 and i want to use your Excel Export plugin.
I downloaded on Tableau VM and used below command to import file into Server.
"tsm data-access web-data-connectors add" -name"D:\xlsx_exporter.html" -URL Servername\xlsx_exporter

When i see List of WDC it gives me the above URL but when i use URL on browser it doesn't work.
http://servername/wdc/xlsx_exporter.html

Can you help me what am i missing..
