[Feature Request] - Reply to message by ID (in group)

It would be amazing if we can also reply to a message (by ID)

so for example if i receive a message in a group, i can capture the ID and then when sending reply, specify the ID to reply to

i think the best way is to add it to the "Send Message API" route as an optional key in the POST form
also in GUI, make it optional in "Send Message API" (maybe show only when selecting group in the type)

I have added this feature for private messages. However, adding in group chat needs more improvement, probably for the next update.
