Failed to setup, check the logs

I am stuck on Failed setup, will retry. I followed the guide: https://github.com/alandtse/tesla/wiki/Proxy-setup-with-DuckDNS-and-NGinx

I think I have problems with my public key, since I cannot access it: https://teslasvg.duckdns.org/.well-known/appspecific/com.tesla.3p.public-key.pem
404: Not Found.

What or when should this key be generated?

I fixed this issue by changing the domain name of the nginx server.
So I misread the tutorial :)

Install the NGINX Home Assistant SSL Proxy Addon
Addon Configuration. Note that the main domain is different from tesla.duckdns.org. I intentionally use a dummy domain because I don't use NGINX to access my HA instance externally:

Also; what looks like is missing in the Tutorial, there is a missing file which should be created manually:
/share/nginx_proxy/nginx_tesla.conf (include server part as well)

ALthough I am one step further, the integration still it not working. I've enabled debug logging but no logs can be found....?
