Would it be possible to have SFP temperature? #25

I've just had a networking issue that was due to an overheating SFP+ module. The 10G RJ45 ones run hot.

It would be very nice to have that info, along with any other SFP stats like voltages and signal strength.

This should be available in the latest release. Have a look at akpw/mktxp#87 for more information.

You have to set monitor = True in the configuration.

monitor = True                  # Interface monitor metrics
