Hi. Thanks for maintaining and developing an awesome game!

How can we setup airmash services locally and deploy them? Is there any documentation?
My goal is to allow login/auth for my custom mod, because right now I'm getting origin not permitted.

I've set up backend using ab-server and frontend using airmash-frontend.
