New UP Version (0.6?) to release a new debian package

Hi all, and thank you for the quick support with the pyparsing issue (#370)!
I am not sure how you are usually deciding when to create a new tag for the library, but this would be required to update the current Debian package that we are maintaining for the up library: https://salsa.debian.org/rothe/python-unified-planning
Is this the right place to ask for it? I am unsure. In any case, please let know.
