Allow different languages in ADRs?

Currently we are proposing usage of MADR assisted by VS Code Manager.
However the organization we are introducing this to has a strict non-english culture (dutch in this case).

Would it be possible to have generated content and parts of the UI translatable?
For example: the headers and issues statuses as presented in the pulldown menu.

I would be happy to provide the translation once the mechanism is in place.

Sure thing. Maybe, after a release of MADR 4.0.0, work on vscode-adr-manager can be resumed. Would you have time to contribute?

As an organization, we have not adopted MADR (yet), therefore it does not have much of my focus.
But if the mechanism is in place, I could give it a go. Native dutch speaker here.
