Hi opening a follow up ticket related to icons change based on state

You advised to change refreshinterval in the settings.json but it still is only refreshing every minute. Seems like it can't accept anything less than 1 mins. Would there be a way to change the time from minutes to seconds meaning it would still be a whole number.

This is what i edited
refreshInterval : .01666
