Unable to conect to hosts

Hi! I've tryed clearing the cache and whitelist the IP addresses on the troubleshooting page (wich aren't blocked, by the way), but have no luck. And char encoding problem with the list is still there :(

It seems like a similar problem way long before related to PASIV vs ACTIVE ftp mode, but it's only a guess because error report is not very informative.

You could try toggling between explicit ftp and plain ftp under encryption settings. Hit me up on discord <https://discord.gg/S62zf24> if you want me to investigate.
