repeated ctrl-z clears editor content in collab mode #215

If you press crtl z enough the doc goes blank even when it was never was blank. This cause issue with people trying to undo what they did and accidentally clear the doc. I know you could press redo or refresh from save but some people i work with are stupid.

This happens in collab mode because of: FirebaseExtended/firepad#242
