Link to test cases in transform-rule #5

Rules created through transform-rule should include links to its testcase files. This will require #4 to be done.

New links should be inserted between the "example" heading and the description like so:

#### Passed Example 1

<a href="..." class="open-example">Open in a new tab</a>
