Pagination is not working after applying filter

I was using this plugin for my project. But It has a bug. Pagination stop working after applying filter on server side pagination example. It can be found on demo page as well.

ng-Tasty server side reload

• Open this link. click on search button.
• Go to second page, then user filter by keyword 'r'. It will return 20 items. Now If you try to go to second page. It won't work.
• Also it has strange behavior, If delete any row, then it will redirect you to anonymous page number.

Unfortunately I'm dealing with the same problem. It would be interesting to know, if anyone has found a solution or workaround in the meantime. (Seems that #218 is a duplicate of this issue.)
