[Bug Report] Tech-K: Chicken grace period is ignored

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start single player
2. Set custom game mode Tech K
3. Set Chicken suicidal
4. Set grace period to 10 minutes
5. Play the game and don't kill any burrows
6. Chickens still spawn at 2.5 minutes

Map I chose was entrenched plains if that matters

I heard you need to use custom chicken for any of the chicken modoptions to function. Which is itself a confusion that could be fixed.

I've been having this error since forever.
I think GoogleFrog is correct, try custom chickens. Otherwise it doesn't ever make a difference in my experience.
