Gpu memory-usage 6G, But Gpu-Util is 0%

I tried to train and test using train.sh and test.sh, my gpu memory usage seems normal, but the volatile gpu util is always 0%, and the testing process is ridiculous slow. Could anybody give me some hint? Thanks!

My process using fully gpu but it also using fully cpu. I don't know the reason.
