In the JS API I'm attempting to prevent users from mixing contexts with type-level checks. But it's still possible to create a value using the underlying C API and then wrap it up in the high-level API. I would like to check the context of such a value matches the one the API is using, so you get an error at that point rather than somewhere down the line. Is this possible?
